The Dragon Boat Festival falls on June 10 this year, but we'll be celebrating in advance with food! Come early to learn to make your own zongzi. Commonly translated as sticky rice dumplings, zongzi is made with glutinous rice and stuffing wrapped in leaves and steamed. Depending on region, traditional flavors range from sweet red bean and red dates to savory salted yolk and pork and everything in between from chestnuts to mushrooms. Dinner starts at 6:30pm featuring the zongzi you've just made alongside other dishes.
