Want to get involved in planning CCOA events and activities?  Stop by the Open Executive Board Meeting and share your ideas! Open Executive Board Meetings are usually held on the first Saturday of the month.

We typically hold our Executive Board Meeting at the Elle of Buckhead, but this month we are doing Membership Calls and will be convening at the Centergy Building in Midtown (1.6 miles from Atlantic Station, where we used to have Board Meetings).  For our membership calls, several conference rooms have been reserved in the Centergy One building which is located at 75 5th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30308. A map of the area and nearest parking garage (which is directly behind Centergy) is available here (there’s also plenty of street parking in the area). Everyone will meet in the first floor lobby and go to the 3^rd floor from there (Access to the 3^rd floor requires a key card so we’ll all meet in the lobby and go to the 3^rd floor together).

*There will no dial-in option on May 5^th.* Given that this is a new and different venue, and we need to wait for everyone to arrive before starting, it is difficult to guarantee a specific call-in time. We also want to devote most of the meeting time to membership calls and encourage in-person attendance to facilitate the same. So please, join us May 5, bring your cell phones with you to assist with membership calls and help us boost Club membership.
